We are Hiring a Team of Customer Service Representatives!
Job Description As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products via phone and email. You will use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of ADP products and systems. This role requires you to follow up and follow through on new projects, requests, and cases, while acting as a true account on communication with Delivery Service Providers. You will be working closely with independent business owners and entrepreneurs. Responsibilities + Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products. + Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers. + Resolve issues and assist in the use of ADP products and systems. + Follow up and follow through on new projects, requests, and cases. + Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, and decide on a course of action. + Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance, and training. + Meet department standards and metrics. Essential Skills + 2+ years of client service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare industry. + Experience with a high volume of email correspondence and a strong service mentality. + Understanding of employee benefit enrollment. + Ability to multitask and manage client service efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with the benefit enrollment process. + Experience in customer service environments, such as waiting tables or enterprise settings. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Please note that this is a service position open from Christmas to New Year’s, and you are expected to work during this period. The first week involves getting acclimated to ADP systems with new hire classes, coaches, alignment, trainers, and technical support. Continuous training will be provided to help you get up to speed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
