As a Customer Representative, you will be working directly with our customers to ensure they have a fantastic experience with our brand. You will assist customers via online chat, phone, and email. Essential Job Functions:

Taking incoming calls from future and present customers Making outbound service-related calls Managing customer inquiries through chat Manage customer service emails Managing customer accounts and answering related questions that may include, but are not limited to billing/shipping, product inquiries, and sales Meeting quotas based around product sales Assisting with guest service/white glove concierge for local hotels Following protocols for processing order information through the proper channels Ability to multitask

Essential Qualifications:

2-3 years of customer service experience Computer skills and experience with CRM software are a plus (Zendesk preferred). Ability to use several computer programs throughout a given day. Proficient in basic sales Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships A self-starter and team player Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented individual Calm under pressure Organized and able to prioritize work Goes above and beyond for a customer Caring attitude and customer-focused mentality Loves connecting with people Follows through and gets things done Mindset to set goals and accomplish them Always curious, learning, growing, and expanding your boundaries Is a naturally gifted communicator Works hard but likes to have fun while getting things done Flexible schedule based on business needs
