Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Winter Park, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, along with managing dispatching duties with field technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills and organizational abilities in a focused and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer service through email correspondence, ensuring all responses meet company standards.
• Accurately enter and update customer orders into the system, maintaining a high level of precision.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating effectively with customers and team members.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documents and reports as needed.
• Dispatch information or resources to appropriate departments or personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
