Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Winter Park, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, along with managing dispatching duties with field technicians. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service through email correspondence, ensuring all responses meet company standards.
- Accurately enter and update customer orders into the system, maintaining a high level of precision.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating effectively with customers and team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and manage documents and reports as needed.
- Dispatch information or resources to appropriate departments or personnel in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary. Requirements
