Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join a dynamic team within the face-to-face marketing industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with customers, providing excellent service, answering questions, and assisting with product and service information.

Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly, professional customer service in-person Build strong relationships with customers and represent clients’ brands positively Answer customer queries and provide accurate information Support customer onboarding and follow-up Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services Work as part of a team to achieve performance targets
