Customer Service Representative in Sales Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and support. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry in our computerized systems. Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in training sessions to improve skills in customer service and product knowledge. Customer Service Representative in Sales Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role Strong verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in cash handling and data entry tasks.
