Full Time Client Support Associate:
Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on all client product knowledge, communication tactics, customer engagement, and client expectations Work alongside other Client Support Associates to most effectively achieve projected client and customer acquisition goals Communicate directly with customers on products and services offered by our clients, expanding on the advantages and making the enrollment process a breeze Complete all insurance work orders accurately and efficiently maintaining client confidentiality and conducting follow-ups as needed Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand client relationships and develop sales knowledge
