Regular Your opportunity As an InternationalServices ECG Associate, you will take inbound chats and securemessages from global (non-US residents) and domestic clients withall a full range of service and trading needs. You will work on acollaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assistwith trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition togeneral account servicing inquiries. The Sr Specialist role willalso include sharing your trading, service, and professionalknowledge with the team in various formal and informal settings, aswell as peer mentoring opportunities. The relationships that youcreate and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clientsand your teammates to “Own Their Tomorrow.” What you have

RequiredQualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak inChinese/Mandarin.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required OR acondition of employment to successfully obtain these licenseswithin the allotted training time.
• Flexible and able to work onemails/chats/phones as business needs change.
• Ability to engageclients in a proactive and consultative manner to build rapport.
• Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolvingenvironment.
• Experience with high focus on risk awareness and/ormitigation.
• Effective research and problem-solving skills to helpfulfill client requests as well as fellow supporting team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of outstanding customer serviceexperience in Finance Industry.
• 1 years of experience workingwith clients through chats/emails.
• Bachelor’s degree fromaccredited US institution.
• High flexibility in shift timesespecially early in the morning as business needs change andlimited personnel to service clients from 06:00am
• 11:59pm ET.
• Experience serving International clients.
• A passion tocontinually learn, growing your knowledge in personal finance, USand foreign markets, and attain industry licenses for personalgrowth.
• Resilience to help achieve client happiness in ademanding environment.
