License Specialist Position Available In Orange, Florida

License Specialist ClickShift 1701 Park Center Drive, Orlando, FL 32835 Must Be Fluent In Creole Our Financial Firm is expanding and is looking for a Part -Time License Specialist to assist her agents with obtaining their state license. Candidate must be available to work on Fridays and work in a fast pace environment . Your work schedule will be Wednesday through Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm. The pay is $16 an hour plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with agents and assist them with scheduling and passing their state life insurance exam .
• Maintain organized records of all licensing information and correspondence .

Qualifications :

• Must be fluent in Creole and english.
• Must be able to work as an independent agent.
• Must have at least 3 years customer service experience .
• Prior sales experience is preferred .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Must have the ability to deal with difficult clients and be a great problem solver.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office and good with computers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
