We have been inbusiness since 2007 We are looking to add to our team a pool repair diagnostictechnician preferably with 3 years or greater pool repair. Strongcommunication and organization skills are important traits neededfor this position. Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed quotes and follow up with customers
- Review repairs and creating invoices
- Install and diagnose pool automation
- Installation and programming of variable speed pumps
- Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment leaks for repair orreplacement including pumps, filters, plumbing, valves, checkvalves
- Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
- Installation of motors, variable speed pumps, filters, timers,pool lights, salt systems, or automation
- Keep records of services performed including pictures
- Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining theirpool
Qualifications:
- A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving recordis required
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsare needed
- Three years or greater in residential pool repairs
- Able to diagnose plumbing problems and repair
- Pool Automation experience
- Heater troubleshooting experience
- Electrical knowledge, including both high and low voltage
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
