Automotive Service Writer Key Responsibilities:

Manage the service drive to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and timelines Sell and allocate technician hours efficiently Handle customer questions and guide them through repair decisions Maintain high CSI scores and satisfaction ratings Process warranty claims and maintain service documentation Support compliance with company and dealership policies Assist in training and mentoring service staff Build lasting relationships with customers What We’re Looking For in a
