• Assess customer needs and provideassistance and information on product features.
• Interpretcustomer requirements, identify engineering challenges and act as aliaison between customer and engineering
• Proactively managecustomer projects to facilitate sales
• Maintain a balance betweencompany policy and customer benefit in decision making

MinimumRequirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• General interest in boats & boating accessories (extensive boatingexperience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field ofstudy or equivalent years of related work experience.
