Our goal is to grow by providing the best service in Central Florida. We are looking for an experienced Service Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with detailed estimates of repair and maintenance services, scheduling appointments, and providing customers with updates on the status of their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of basic automotive systems.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their needs. Explain services and products to customers. Provide cost estimates for services. Schedule appointments and manage customer accounts. Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Answer customer inquiries about services, products, and prices.
