The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their service needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Duties Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Create detailed service orders based on customer requests and vehicle inspections. Collaborate with mechanics to understand repair requirements, including air brake systems, tire services, suspension issues, and oil changes. Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and maintenance services. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress, costs, and recommendations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service or repairs. Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for each service transaction. Promote dealership services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Experience Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred. Familiarity with mechanic terminology and processes, including air brake systems, tire services, suspension components, and oil changes. Strong sales skills to effectively promote dealership services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in auto estimating is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
