The primary responsibility of the CSRs is to assist our clients. This role involves encountering a variety of unique situations, ensuring that every day is interesting. The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential. One of the unique benefits of this position is the strong relationships that develop between our team members and the clients along with their furry family members. If you have excellent organizational skills and love interacting with people, this position is an ideal fit for you. As a CSR, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients
- Differentiating between routine and emergent cases (first-line triage)
- Understanding and respecting the human-animal bond
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing the client/patient database
- Generating invoices
- Processing payments
