Crew Member/Cashier/Customer Service Chino Rico and Rico Tea 3260 Vineland Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining room and restroom area
• Provide excellent customer service by taking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize sales skills to promote menu items and upsell products
• Prepare food and beverages following established recipes and procedures
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery, smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
