Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to oversee all builder and homeowner repair requests. This role is responsible for verifying and processing billable/warranty Purchase Orders (POs), directing approved repairs to our scheduling team, and following up to ensure all work is completed as promised. The CSR will also track Exception Purchase Orders (EPOs) and maintain clear communication between internal teams and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Oversight:

Manage repair requests from all builder and homeowner clients, ensuring a smooth and timely customer experience.

PO Verification:

Confirm that all service requests have valid, billable Purchase Orders before directing work to scheduling.

Scheduling Coordination:

Route approved work orders to the scheduling team and ensure all necessary information is accurately communicated.

Completion Follow-Up:

Monitor the status of scheduled repairs and follow up with the team and customers to ensure work is completed as promised.

EPO Tracking:

Track and manage Exception Purchase Orders (EPOs), ensuring proper documentation and timely approvals or resolutions.

Customer Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for builders and homeowners regarding service progress, updates, or issues.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with the scheduling, service, and billing teams to keep repairs on track and resolve any service delays or PO issues.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of POs, service requests, and repair statuses in the appropriate systems.

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in homebuilding, construction, or repair services. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Experience working with POs, scheduling systems, and service tracking tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel); ERP or service management software experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with homebuilders or property management clients. Exceptional customer service Understanding of PO workflows and service scheduling processes. Familiarity with EPOs or exception handling in service environments.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
