Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests checking in and out their furry companions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animals and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Providing detailed product information and solutions to guest queries. Ensuring an efficient and smooth check-in and check-out process for guests and their pets. Maintaining a high level of empathy, understanding, and patience with guests and their pets. Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle situations with confidence and tact. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A genuine love for animals and comfort in interacting with pets.
