Helicopter Loader/ Customer Service MaxFlight Helicopter services inc. 4010 4th Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741 Looking for a Loader/Helper that can easily work with customers. Aviation background is a plus. Must be fluent in English and Spanish Our company offers sightseeing helicopter tours over the Orlando Area and Helicopter Training. These are the main responsibilities of this position: ⁠ ⁠Taking care of guests and customers (greeting, welcoming, and interacting with them) ⁠ ⁠Show our tour routes, give safety instructions, upsell tours Load and unload passengers in the helicopter Take photos of the customers inside and outside the helicopter and try to sell them. Responsible for sanitizing headsets and the interior of the helicopter, washing the exterior, and refueling the aircraft Sweep the hangar and keep the oil tray clean ⁠⁠ ⁠Organize, sweep, mop, and clean the reception area ⁠ ⁠⁠Operate clover system for the register Work hours: 9am to 6pm (day shift) and 6:01pm to 9:30pm (night shift) if needed. 3 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays.

Wage:

$14

• $15 per hour + tips

Training:

$14 per hour for a month training

Contract:

W2 or Independent Contract (1099) This candidate will be multitasking daily, switching gears daily, and will be running errands. Must have a clean driving record, flexible schedule. Live within 30 minutes of Kissimmee airport. Aviation background is a plus.

Expected hours:

30 per week Primary

• Opening procedures (turn the front door lights on and open the register)
• Check-in the customers, check bookings, make copies of documents, show the board routes, try to upgrade them to a longer ride, and give safety instructions.
• Make sure that all customers have signed the post flight waivers. Copy & highlight waivers.
• Sweep and mop the lobby area and vacuum the rooms and clean the outside (front and side) doors.
• Clean the parking lot area in front of the office and pick up trash left by customers on the ground. Clean the restrooms once a week.
• Take out the trash of the day.
• Check the fuel tank weekly and fill up the helicopters.
• Daily inspection on fuel truck.
• Drive a Golf cart with passengers.
• Close the Hangar and the facility. Secondary
