As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to their alarm systems. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent, dedicated experience as a Customer Service Representative within an alarm company is required. Proficient typing skills with a minimum of 25 accurate words per minute (WPM). Exceptional aptitude for learning new computer programs and a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrated ability to take thorough and concise notes, both for personal learning and for accurate data entry into customer records. A career-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in long-term growth within a company. Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles; a commitment to consistent attendance is essential, with no planned time off within the first six months to one year of employment. A strong team player who is also self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal micromanagement as they advance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. A $1•2/hr. increase will be available upon permanent placement. Full benefits package offered.
