Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) to join our team in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with order processing, and support warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide customer service at the counter, assisting walk-in customers with their inquiries and orders.

Phone Support:

Answer incoming phone calls, providing helpful and courteous service to customers.

Order Management:

Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer needs.

Data Entry:

Enter orders and invoice details into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Warehouse Support:

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse roles is a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Positive attitude and excellent team player.
