Description We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.

- Follow up on accounts and documents, ensuring all necessary actions are taken to resolve issues.
- Handle sensitive documents, both electronic and physical, with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate account follow-ups to meet deadlines and address customer needs.
- Present information and respond to questions from customers and management in a detail-oriented manner.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and requirements.
