Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries about our paver installation services.
• Set appointments for in home and or at showroom consultations with homeowners
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of script and rebuttals
• Hold yourself accountable for your performance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an appointment setting call center
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• High Energy Level
• Positive Attitude
