• This is a weekly paid position. This position requires no experience, but you must speak fluent and proper english.
• There are daily bonuses and you will be paid for training which is a simple training course.
• Go over recent changes to customers packages and send call over to upgrader and verification.
• Average checks range from $600
• 1100 a week. Top earners make $1500-2000 a week. This is a base vs commission position. Responsibilities
• Handle calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
• Provide accurate information.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and knowledge of our customer service departments. Qualifications
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
