Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic CSR to join our dynamic team. This role involves outbound calling, sales, and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, managing client accounts, and contributing to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our healthcare marketing services.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to existing clients, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.

Sales Conversion:

Achieve sales targets through effective persuasion and negotiation techniques.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Data Entry:

Accurately record and update client information and sales activities in our CRM system.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in outbound sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

Dependability:

Reliable with a consistent ability to commute to the West Palm Beach office.
