Position Overview:

We are seeking an assertive and results-driven Client Fulfillment Specialist to guide our clients through the process of securing business funding. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding client results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and dedicated to ensuring that business owners get the capital they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in obtaining working capital through various banking channels.
• Walk clients through each step of the funding process, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Analyze client profiles and financial situations to determine the best funding solutions.
• Review and analyze client credit reports to assess funding eligibility and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Guide clients in structuring their credit profiles to maximize funding potential.
• Communicate directly with lenders and financial institutions on behalf of clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to streamline funding processes.
• Educate clients on credit stacking strategies to optimize their business credit portfolio.
• Maintain client relationships by providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all required documentation is collected, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Collect and process client payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, banking regulations, and funding programs to offer the best solutions.
• Work closely with the Shekel Stack team to continuously improve our fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to be assertive and take ownership of results. Experience in financial services, banking, or business funding (preferred but not required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with credit reports and ability to analyze credit data effectively. Understanding of business credit stacking strategies and funding optimization techniques. Experience handling and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
