In this key role, we will look to you to be the voice and spirit of Demand The Limits! Your caring yet focused communication style will convey to potential clients that if we take their case, they will get compassionate yet no nonsense representation in the handling of their case. We have an excellent reputation with our clients, and you need to take pride in maintaining this level of service and interaction with our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a top firm where there’s ample ability to grow! Duties include but are not limited to: Initial client intake handling and processing. Answering phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner. Working closely with the Client Intake Specialist to respond to inquiries. Memorializing and routing case summaries to the appropriate staff. Recording clients’ background information and key aspects of their cases. Accurately entering information into the lead management system. Ensuring that clients complete all necessary paperwork. Scheduling appointments. Following up with clients in writing and by phone. Sending and receiving retainer agreements and supporting documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:

Personal injury or related medical billing experience in Florida is a big plus! English and Spanish fluency preferred (ability to read, write, and speak). Highly skilled with MS Office, multi-line phone systems, and standard office equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong data entry skills. Must be a fast learner, assertive, and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and very organized. Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
