Full Job Description Customer Relationship Specialist Location:

In-based | 6944 Lake Worth Road, Lake Worth, FL 33467

Status:
Full-Time, Exempt Hiring Range :

Up to $21.61 Hourly (approximately $41,579 annualized based on four-day, 37 hour workweek) If you enjoy solving problems with heart and hustle and know how to support people through their first steps of something new-this is your moment. At Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, we’re not just supporting girls-we’re supporting the Troop Leaders who guide and inspire them. As our next Customer Relationship Specialist (Troop Support Specialist), you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that new leaders turn to when they need help, guidance, or just someone who knows the ropes. In this frontline role, you’ll be the go-to contact for new (and renewing) Troop Leaders across our Council. From walking them through resources that are available to support their first badge-earning activities and connecting them to on-demand training, to ensuring they’re equipped with onboarding kits, badge in a box-programs and seasonal planning tools, you’ll be there to keep momentum strong and engagement high. As our Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll help leaders troubleshoot challenges, link them to volunteer mentors, and make sure they feel seen, supported, and part of the larger movement. Your efforts will directly influence troop retention-and by extension, the experience girls have as they begin their journey in Girl Scouting. As our Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll work within Salesforce to document contacts, resolve questions, and verify troop data every day. You’ll also help with renewal registrations, monitor support case queues, and collaborate with departments like Community Programs, Member Care & Volunteer Training, Girl Experience and Product Sales to route needs and share information. Whether it’s staffing a check-in webinar or connecting a struggling troop with the right support, you’ll bring clarity and care to every interaction. The Customer Relationship Specialist will work in person at our Lake Worth HQ Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with occasional Friday or weekend hours based on the season. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll need strong time management, tech comfort, and a heart for service. In return, you’ll get to see your work come to life through the joy and confidence of thousands of girls supported by the volunteer Troop Leaders you help every day. The ideal Customer Relationship Specialist has at least two years of recent, relevant experience in customer service, education, or nonprofit support, along with an associate’s degree or equivalent experience. You’ll thrive here if you love talking with people, are organized to your core, and know how to keep calm and focused even when there’s a lot happening at once. Comfort with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 is strongly preferred, and being bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus. We offer more than a paycheck. You’ll join a team that values inclusion, initiative, and growth. Our benefits include a four-day workweek, generous paid time off, heavily subsidized health insurance, a paid summer and winter shut-down, and a retirement plan with immediate employer match. We’re also a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, recently launched a “Grow in Your Role” pilot program that outlines a clear path to promotion and performance-based bonuses in your first five years of employment, and offer Office Optional Mondays after successful completion of the introductory period.
