Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their car wash needs. Confidently recommend wash packages, upsell services, and promote memberships to match customer preferences. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team goals, contributing directly to commission opportunities. Stay informed about promotions, wash packages, and membership benefits to effectively communicate value to customers. Engage proactively with customers to upsell services and encourage loyalty program participation . Ensure site cleanliness by maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Troubleshoot and report equipment issues as necessary. Collaborate positively with team members to create a high-energy atmosphere.

Requirements:

Must be 18+ Strong customer service and communication skills Confidence in upselling and recommending products Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Adaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditions Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.) Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
