Customer Service Representative Department :
Customer Service Key accountabilities of Customer Service Representative Assisting with daily office operations, including, but not limited to answering phones, following up with customers, taking orders from customers, entering orders into our software, processing invoices, checking orders onto trucks, and other daily tasks associated. Specific Duties ? Answering phones ? Communicating with customers ? Representing the company’s service standards through excellent customer service ? Entering orders into the system ? Upsell to clients ? Resolving customer questions and problems ? Coordinating invoices for daily delivery Hours We work Monday through Saturday, (approximately) 5 am to 1 pm during summer months, and (approximately) 4 am to 12 pm during the “season” (November through May). Saturdays will end at approximately 10:30 am. Compensation Pay for this job is based on experience and is negotiable. Hours are plentiful, and overtime is readily available. Qualifications ? Strong interpersonal skills. ? Prompt, daily attendance, combined with a strong work ethic. ? Basic computer skills. ? Some experience is preferred, preferably in the foodservice or distribution roles. ? Bilingual is not required, but preferred. Benefits ?
