Description We are offering a temporary employment opportunity in the healthcare and social assistance industry in Boca Raton, Florida. The role is for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling customer interactions with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Take orders from customers over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
- Utilize strong selling skills to qualify customers, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on account status.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Confirm appointments with customers and coordinate scheduling as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and data entry.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with the operations and services of hospitals and social assistance programs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
- Willingness to undertake training and development as required.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare industry regulations.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
