We are searching for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. The person will handle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have good problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Juno Beach, FL This is a 1 yr. contract assignment (W-2) Pay rate: $20.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting:
Handle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide advanced support for EV charger issues. Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Administrative Support:
Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments. Process online enrollment applications including reviewing photos to determine if they meet qualifications. Maintain and organize customer records. Perform various administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or technical support preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficient with basic computer software and systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. EOE of Minorities / Females / Vets / Disability.
