This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless moving experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and courteous communication via phone, email, and chat. Manage onsite adjustments , such as updating service requirements, coordinating with movers, and resolving time-sensitive issues. Perform verifications to confirm move details, maintaining accuracy and transparency throughout. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, offering resolutions or escalating issues when appropriate. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, updates, and service changes in internal systems. Collaborate with logistics, dispatch, and carrier teams to ensure the successful execution of each move. Uphold and follow office protocols and documentation standards to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a moving brokerage, environment is highly preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, with additional languages being a plus. Proven ability to manage shifting priorities, handle high-pressure situations, and resolve issues with minimal supervision. Proficient in data entry and basic office software tools, with a keen eye for detail and organization. Customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
