In this role,you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, responsiblefor managing email communications, following up on inquiries viaphone, and supporting special projects assigned by leadership.

KeyResponsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customeremails Follow up on inquiries and leads via phone to ensure timelyresolution and engagement Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions Collaborate with internal teams to address customerneeds and improve service Assist with special projects andadministrative tasks as directed by leadership
