You will guide clients through our services and ensure that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team and assist in training new hires while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction. This job is done over the phone, not with in-person clients. You may also earn commission on top of your base. Will be discussed further during an interview with the hiring manager. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate information is recorded. Negotiate terms with customers when necessary to reach satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Supervise junior staff when required, providing guidance and support in their roles. Communicate effectively with customers in both English and any additional languages as needed. Participate in project management initiatives aimed at improving customer service operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions. Experience in project management is preferred but not required. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
