Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Order Processing and Customer Support Specialist.
In this role, you will manage the full order cycle, support customers professionally, and serve as a key link between departments to ensure efficient order processing. This position requires a high level of accuracy,anization, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
Process customer purchase orders using the M3 ERP system.
Verify pricing, availability, and shipping details with customers.
Monitor and coordinate the release of backorders.
Follow up for necessary shipping documentation.
Generate and issue daily invoices.
Maintain accurate shipping and order records.
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
Provide real-time updates on order status, confirmations, invoices, and shipping.
Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds in line withpany policy.
Communicate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve order issues.
Administrative Duties
Organize and manage documentation related to each order.
File all shipment paperwork daily, including invoices and confirmations.
Assist with inventory processes and physical counts.
Maintain a clean,anized workspace.
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or order processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience using ERP/order processing software
Stronganizational,munication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Proficiency in Portuguese (a plus)
Work Environment
Office-based, well-ventilated, moderate noise level
Eligible for 1 remote day per week after 6 months of employment
Pay Details:
$20.00 per hour
