Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy. Qualify clients by gathering detailed debt and business-related information. Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with team members to meet daily transfer goals and enhance performance metrics. Requirements Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and highly team-oriented. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Comfort using basic computer systems and sales tools. Motivated by performance-based bonuses and career advancement.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
$520 per week.
Per Transfer Bonuses:
$30-$150 per qualifying transfer.
Daily Bonuses:
2 transfers = additional $50. 3 transfers = additional $100.
