Position Overview:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Technical Support professional to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. No previous technical experience is required — full training is provided. If you enjoy learning, helping people, and solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career in technical support. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and video calls, helping them troubleshoot and adjust woodworking machinery. You will also support the team with equipment checks and maintenance when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and video calls Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments Participate in training to learn about woodworking machinery and tools Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical cases Assist with equipment checks, maintenance, and small repairs as needed Collaborate with the internal technical team for complex issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Interest in mechanical systems or machinery (experience is a plus, but not required) Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow instructions Basic computer skills (email, video calls, data entry) Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred Must be based in or able to commute to
