What You’ll Do:

Follow Up on

Estimates:

Reach out to customers who have received an estimate for auto repairs but have not yet booked the job. Your job is to convert those estimates into booked appointments by addressing concerns, providing additional details, and offering timely solutions.

Sell Service Plans :

Engage with customers to sell our service plans. You’ll use your knowledge of the repair business to position the service plan as a smart, cost-effective option that guarantees peace of mind and long-term savings.

Drive Revenue and Customer Retention:

Your primary responsibility is to convert leads into paying customers by successfully closing service repair jobs and upselling service plans. The more you sell, the more you earn!

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience as a

Service Advisor:

You should have prior experience working as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair setting with a focus on selling repairs, warranties, and service plans.

Strong Sales Skills:

You know how to handle objections, build customer relationships, and close deals. You are motivated by targets and thrive on commission-based pay.

Excellent Communication:

Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone or online, presenting solutions that meet their needs and persuading them to take action.

Customer-Centric Approach :

You care about providing excellent service to customers, solving their problems, and building trust.

Tech-Savvy :

Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor your sales progress.

Compensation:

100%

Commission-Based:

Earn a fair percentage on each repair job you convert and each service plan you sell.
