SALES ASSOCIATE

The position operates in a fast paced, dynamic, rewarding environment and will assume responsibility for all counter sales and product returns while providing expertise as a member of the customer service team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders Processing orders in the system Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock Consistent training and understanding of current products Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships Handling returns as required Keeping counter and sales area clean Merchandising and showcasing product Other duties as required

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an asset Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
