Guest Service Representative Motel 6 / Studio 6 1535 Centrepark Drive North, West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a prestigious resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
• Process reservations and manage room assignments
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel management practices
• Excellent guest relations skills
