Modern office setting We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product and service information. The ideal candidate will have strong clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will need basic knowledge of USA States & Cities to service clients. Accurate typing skills necessary. Must be able to commute daily to Jupiter Florida.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions. Maintain customer records in a database. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English) Serious, dependable applicants ONLY We need dependable employees that want to work 40 hours per week.
