Are you passionate about helping others? As a Legal Intake Specialist at 1-800-LAW-FIRM, you’ll be the first voice our clients hear – offering empathy, understanding, and expert guidance during a stressful time. In this role, you will: Manage incoming calls + digital inquiries from potential and current clients. Listen carefully, screen cases, and gather important client information. Guide clients through the intake process with compassion. Accurately document case details in our system. Collaborate with team members and partner firms. Show up on time, ready to make an impact every shift! You might be a great fit if you: Have strong communication skills + love helping people. Have experience in legal intake or customer service (call center = a plus!). Are organized, tech-savvy, and great with details. Can stay calm and handle tough calls with empathy. Have a background in personal injury or mass tort law (=bonus points!). Have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree = a bonus). Are fluent in English (spoken and written).
