Patient Intake Specialist (Call Center) – Full-Time | Delray Beach, FL Make a real impact in mental health care. Are you a great communicator with a compassionate heart? We’re currently looking for a full-time Patient Intake Specialist to join our Delray Beach team and help guide new patients toward life-changing treatment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Patient Intake Specialist, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact—listening, educating, and helping individuals schedule free consultations for our innovative behavioral health care services. You’ll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries, but more importantly, you’ll deliver compassion with every conversation . Engage with prospective patients by phone and online inquiries Educate callers on our non-invasive TMS treatment options Schedule and reschedule appointments Pre-screen patients for insurance coverage Manage leads, perform data entry, and follow up with potential patients Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism at all times
Schedule & Availability:
This is a full-time role (5 shifts/week), and we’re seeking candidates who can work: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM for at least 3 shifts per week M-F Two Sunday shifts/month (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) , with a weekday off in exchange

This Role If You:
Have a high school diploma or GED Bring 2+ years of customer service or call center experience Are a great listener and communicator (English fluency required, conversational Spanish a plus) Are organized, reliable, and tech-savvy (Outlook, Microsoft Word, CRM tools) Have a strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others
Bonus Points For:
Experience in patient scheduling or clinical interviewing Familiarity with insurance processes or marketplace plans Spanish fluency The ability to build rapport quickly and make thoughtful decisions on the fly
