This person is a team player with a positive attitude. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Weekday & weekend availability a must Greets customers and provides excellent customer service Maintain an awareness of all product information, promotions and advertisements Administers the sale of admission tickets and receives payment by credit cards or vouchers Responsible for properly assigning wrist bands Ensuring the correct waivers and authorizations are signed & safety video is watched. Assist and instruct the guests how to size themselves and use the equipment while making sure all rental equipment is accounted for through our inventory system. Assist in restocking merchandise Ability to assist in training new office Education & Experience Must be at least 16 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred Will train onsite Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Days and hours of work will be scheduled but hours must be flexible. Weekday availability is a must. Weekend & Holiday work is required. Clear background check & drug screening are required
