Day Shift:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Night Shift:
5:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
Base Pay:
$500/week

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to screen and qualify potential clients for lawsuits
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
- Collect and input accurate client information
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service
Requirements:
- Must have reliable internet and a computer or laptop (no tablets or phones)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Prior call center, sales, or legal intake experience is a plus, but not required
