Key Responsibilities:

Speak directly with clients expressing dissatisfaction or considering cancellation to understand concerns and deliver tailored solutions. Use persuasive and consultative communication to highlight the value of our services and retain clients. Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of client concerns and drive fast resolutions.. Accurately log all client interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the CRM system. Share client insights and recurring trends with leadership to improve service and reduce churn. Partner with sales, account managers, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required Qualifications:

Experience (Required): 1+ years in customer retention and phone-based sales or support. Proven success in saving accounts, resolving escalations, and turning difficult conversations into client wins. Experience in digital marketing or a service-based industry is a plus.

Skills:

Confident, clear, and compelling phone communicator. Strong de-escalation, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. Problem-solver who thrives under pressure and adapts to fast-paced environments. Highly empathetic with strong listening and interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Proficient in using CRM tools and support platforms.

Education:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
