Qualified candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft applications, CDK/ADP experience a plus. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Schedule is primarily Monday – Friday, with rotation on Saturdays. The following is the essential functions of a Service Warranty Booker at

Audi West Palm Beach:

Must be able to work the following hours: Monday Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm and be flexible to work occasional Saturdays Job requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time with occasional walking Job requires working on a computer Must have the ability to converse with technicians on repair procedures Must have the ability to communicate with manufacturer representatives regarding claims Verifies all claims are accurately entered in repair orders by Service Advisors Verifies repair orders have been accurately totaled for entry of claims Prepares claims for submission, including proper authorization codes Enters claims daily Book customer pay and warranty repair orders Obtains authorization on major or unusual repairs before submitting to factory Obtains authorization from Director of Fixed Operations and/or Service Manager prior to deducting time from Technicians for any reason and before reclaiming repeat repairs Corrects and resubmits all claims rejected by the factory due to error, etc. Ensures all warranty policy and procedures are strictly adhered to Other duties as required If you’re looking for a career with an extraordinary company with advancement opportunities, then Audi West Palm Beach is the perfect career choice.
