We are seeking a Tax Partner for our PrivateClient Services (PCS) team in West Palm Beach. In this role youwill be involved both in new business opportunities as well asservicing existing long standing clients in a compliance/consultingrole. You will also be involved in thought leadershipopportunities, technology initiatives, as well as developing andmentoring staff.

Responsible For:

Perform partner level compliance review and tax returnsignoff Handle client consultations on planning opportunities andchanges in tax law Working on proposals and assisting in developing newbusiness Meeting prospective clients and developing relationships withnew and existing clients Expanding services to existing clients Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by thefirm Overseeing all aspects of the client engagement Supervising, training and evaluating advanced level staff Coaching, mentoring and assisting staff so they can develop andassist in the growth of the tax function Maintaining exceptional technical knowledge of new tax issuesand general business trends that affect the client

BasicQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field CPA or JD 15 + years of progressive tax experience 2+ years as a Partner or Director at a public accountingfirm 10+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counselingassociates Experience working with high net-worth individual, familyoffice clients and closely-held businesses Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book ofbusinessEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
