Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• EXPERIENCED TOWING DISPATCHERS ONLY

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
• Deal with radios ,and communicate with drivers , on which calls to attend to .
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product information
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using phone systems and customer service software/TOWBOOK
• Ability to navigate and input data accurately
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
