As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for pet parents and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do:
As a CSR, you’ll keep our clinic running smoothly and our clients well cared for: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism Check in patients, schedule appointments, and process payments Answer phone calls and emails with efficiency and empathy Maintain up-to-date patient and client records using Avimark Coordinate prescription requests and refills (in-house and online) Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure top-quality patient care Keep the front desk and lobby organized and presentable Pitch in on other tasks as needed — we’re a team!
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic customer service role Excellent communication and multitasking skills Calm under pressure and compassionate with both pets and their people Experience with Avimark or similar veterinary software (preferred) A collaborative attitude and a genuine love for animals Ready to Make a Difference?
